This case study explores my contribution to the British Council Peru and University of Liverpool Online Education Capacity Strengthening Programme during the COVID-19 pandemic. It shows how trusted social learning spaces, champion networks and communities of practice helped turn online teaching support into shared institutional capability across six Peruvian universities.
